Why must one immediately leave? Is there a danger inherent in seeing you in ill-fitting clothes, or none altogether? If I am able to see how you look then I can more accurately assess whether or not I have any clothing that can be of any use to you.

I'm not sure I have any advice for you, it's always been like that. I'd recommend taking things in small doses until you're acclimatized -- go slow with food. You'll make yourself sick, that I do know.
