WHO: Everyone is invited!
WHEN: Thursday, April 18th (pretend the date got moved, sorry everyone).
WHERE: The Boneyard
WHAT: The Boneyard hosts a Battle of the Bands, and all musician characters are invited to participate. For those who don't play anything or prefer not to, a karaoke contest is also set up. The prize up for grabs?: free drinks for a year.
WARNINGS: N/A

karaoke!

Who wants to win free drinks for a year? Your characters, probably! Society members decide to take a break from all the doom and gloom to let loose and sing in public.

Cheap drinks are on special all night, plus someone keeps buying everyone there another round.

Have fun! There's not much more to it.

Barbie is in her white/silvery full sequin jumpsuit and ready to dance the night away with good fun and cheer.

Broderick can play a few instruments (poorly) and so definitely wouldn't subject himself or anyone to battle of bands. He loves live music though and is there to cheer everyone on and see everyone happy for a change.

What he would subject himself to after one too many rounds of drinks and a dare from Byron, is karaoke.

Karaoke time! Maya is just here for a good time, not to be a good singer, but she will be singing.

WOO karaoke? Count her the fuck in. She's decked out in her best bustier and leather pants.

Byron's here and in good spirits! He's eager to pretend to be normal for a couple hours and forget everything else.

Hy loves karaoke! He's wearing something fabulous, just trust me.

Sharona is here. Apart from supporting Bracken on his baking mission, she hasn't been what people would call SOCIAL in a while.

But she loves karaoke, and she's here to TRY.

Asher will pretend he's one of those people who has to be bullied by friends into karaoke. "What, me? No. Nobody wants to hear me sing..."

(He does want to do karaoke. He just wants to build in a cover in case he sucks.)

Listen, free drinks for a YEAR is worth a night of humiliation.

while bracken normally loves karaoke, he was definitely a little distracted from enjoying himself. he tried! but his first song was a disaster and he left early to lick his wounds (figuratively. gross.) and take care of broderick's kitten brood.
