CREATIVITY DEPARTMENT FAIR
On Sunday, May 5th, Asher and the Creativity Department host a Creativity Fair. Everyone is invited to participate, either displaying their work as it relates to the Adventure Society, or any other creative endeavor they'd like to display.
The room is lined with booths (read: tables), and display racks are available upon request. People can set up their space however they would like. The areas are 10x10, but if you got there early enough, you can request two booth sections. Similarly, if you have any wares you'd like to sell (separate from your Adventure Society work, of course) you're free to do so. If anything at your booth is dangerous, including you, Asher encourages caution.
Along some of the walls, one might notice a series of landscape paintings. They don't seem to go with any particular booth, but look closely, and you may see an A.S. signed in the corner.
One corner of the room features a small stage and microphone. Anyone can sign up for a 15 minute 'set'. This can be for performance, demonstration, whatever works. If there is still time before the event ends, you can grab one more 15 minute set.
At the other side of the room, Asher filled out the correct forms to get a self-serve snack table -- fruit, bagels, cheese and crackers and sausages, etc. Coffee, tea, and water are also available.
Booth set up is first come, first serve.
