You don't have to wear heels, of course. But when done right, you stand taller, your spine straightens, and men will be intimidated by you.

I think I should learn anyways!! But also why does that intimidate men? Are they intimidated by [...] good balance? Because I've already got that.

Height, first. Men are terribly insecure about their heights, and the more you can even the playing field, the better. But more than that, it's just confidence. Power. A woman stands in high heels like she owns the room. Like she knows exactly what she's capable of and isn't afraid to use it. That's what scares men.
