Does anyone know where Mr. Best (the eldest) has run off to? I thought for sure we were going to get a truly in depth and elucidating interview today, but he must have sensed that my journalistic instincts were feeling particularly sharp and slipped out. I even checked behind the filing cabinets

He didn't even finish his tea :(

Okay, I genuinely sympathize with that because, once upon a time, I had very thick hair. How long would you say is a reasonable amount of time to wait around for someone to return from such an important errand? I don't want to just leave a note, but I also don't have an hour to kick around!

Thank you! If he's trying to hide from me, he'll find that I'm much more annoying when I can't physically see someone trying to extricate themselves from the situation. We are now turning that sympathy OFF.

Don't worry too much, I'm also being unprofessional by trying to jimmy open the locks to the cabinets and drawers in here. I figured I'd wait until after my criminal activity to ask Jameson.

Hmmm, my best guess is black tea. Orange pekoe. I base this entirely on my deductive powers and because I saw a box in the trash.

Not as far as I could tell, but I'm an artist not a chemist, or... tea-ologist. Want me to bring the cup to someone who can put it under a microscope and search for clues??

It seems like it's been more stressful than it's worth for many people. He has fabulous hair, though.
