Elliott got back to me and confirmed that Yana, Jameson and Hippolyta left QF with Cadmus and have been around since the start. He also confirmed that Yana is a shapeshifter...not that this is a surprise to any of us.

I mean, it's possible, but in her case, I think she tries really hard to do a good job, but she just sucks at it? They kicked her out of the event I was at because she charmed the walls so that they were made of live slugs, then was upset when the Princess hated it and threw up all over the Queen's dress.
